- On 07.12.2016, the Competition Commission of India (“ Commission ”) passed an order under sub-section of Section 31 of the Act (hereinafter referred to as “ Order ”), approving the combination in respect of notice filed by Aditya Birla Nuvo Limited (“ ABNL ”), Grasim Industries Limited (“ GIL ”) and Aditya Birla Financial Services Limited (“ ABFSL ”) (hereinafter ABNL, GIL and ABFSL are collectively referred to as the “ Parties ”).

- It is observed that the name of legal representation of Parties was inadvertently mentioned as “M/s Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co., New Delhi” instead of “Khaitan & Co LLP”.

- In view of the foregoing, under the provisions of Section 38 of the Act, the Commission has decided to make rectification on page 1 of the Order by substituting the word “ Legal Representative : M/s Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co., New Delhi with:
