On prayer of the petitioner, liberty is granted to implead the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Cyber Crime as respondent no.11 in the writ petition.

The petitioner is aggrieved by the mode and manner of investigation.

It appears from the reports submitted by the State that though the investigation is in progress, only one of the alleged miscreants has been arrested till date despite the petitioner providing the contact numbers of the alleged miscreants, amount of money siphoned and the names of persons in whose accounts the money has been credited. No fruitful step appears to have been taken to trace the money trail or freeze the relevant accounts. Several lacunae in the investigation are noticed. The allegations are extremely serious in nature.

In view of the above, let the investigation be monitored by the 11^th respondent who shall ensure a fair and unbiased investigation and take the same to its logical conclusion, in accordance with law.

Since no fruitful purpose shall be served in keeping the writ petition pending, the same is accordingly disposed of.

There shall however, be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained

in the petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
