on record. Copy of the same have been handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner in Court.

It has been submitted that proper score card of the petitioner was duly forwarded via electronic mail to the petitioner by the National Testing Agency.

According to NTA, the petitioner has adopted illegal method to approach the writ Court. NTA intends to take steps against the petitioner in accordance with law.

As the proper OMR sheet and the score card have been handed over to the petitioner in Court today, no further issue remains to be decided in the instant writ petition.

The writ petition fails and is hereby

dismissed.

It will be open for the respondent authorities to take steps against the petitioner in accordance with law, if so advised.
