The learned advocate appearing on behalf of the writ petitioners files a letter dated 22,09,2026, as claimed to have been issued by the writ petitioners, which is taken on record. It is submitted on behalf of the writ petitioners that by issuing the said letter dated 22.09.2026, the writ petitioners expressed his opinion to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to file afresh on the self-same cause of action.

Learned advocates appearing on behalf of the respondents opposes such prayer.

It appears to this Court that the writ petitioners are very much entitled to withdraw the instant writ petition and there cannot be any bar to allow such prayer.

In view of such, WPA 22446 of 2016 is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs.

¶9

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all the necessary formalities.
