The learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that through inadvertence, the short cause title of the affidavit of service has wrongly been mentioned as “Dulal Bera -Versus- The State of West Bengal & Ors.” instead of “Dulal Bera -Versus- Union of India & Ors.”.
The learned Advocate points out that in the order dated 13th January, 2026, the cause title has been wrongly mentioned as “Dulal Bera vs. The State of West Bengal & Ors.” instead of “Dulal Bera vs. Union of India & Ors.”.
Let such error be rectified.
