Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Appellate Tribunal has taken up the matter without informing the petitioner and without giving any opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, the learned Tribunal has excluded the name of the petitioner from the e-roll. He prays for a direction upon the Appellate Tribunal to restore the appeal preferred by the petitioner and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner to dispose of the appeal as early as possible.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Appellate Tribunal is requested to restore the appeal being No. APS2515G030426356875 preferred by the petitioner and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner to dispose of the appeal as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
