Petitioner being a septuagenarian lady has approached this Court with the present writ petition seeking direction upon the concerned police authorities to provide protection as it is alleged that petitioner is threatened and ill treated by respondent no.4 who is daughter-inlaw of petitioner. Prayer is also made in this writ petition for registration of FIR based on

Since criminal prosecution has already commenced, concerned police authorities are directed to take such proceedings to its logical conclusion expeditiously and file report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate.
