Mr. Pantu Deb Roy, learned Advocate representing the petitioner submits that inaction on the part of the concerned police authorities in not registering FIR based on the complaint lodged prompts the petitioner to approach this Court with the present writ petition seeking direction upon the concerned police authorities to take steps.

Learned Advocate representing the State respondents has filed a communication dated 16^th July, 2026 of Officer-in-Charge, Moyna Police Station, Purba Medinipur enclosing copy of FIR and same is taken on record.

Copy of the communication dated 16^th July, 2026 along with copy of the FIR are made over to the learned Advocate representing the petitioner.
