Pursuant to order dated 9^th September, 2026 matter is taken up for consideration when Mr. Chatterjee, learned senior advocate representing petitioner submits that in spite of effort was made by petitioner to take steps for administering treatment to his ailing mother, no doctor was ready to accompany petitioner to the premises where mother of petitioner resides.
