The writ petition had been filed inter alia seeking in effect eviction of the Corporation's office and/or Health Centre from the petitioner's premises no. 128, Mahatma Gandhi Road, Police Station Jorasanko, Kolkata-700007. Counsel for the petitioner, however, submitted that at this stage the petitioner sought only disposal of its representation dated 17th February 2025 (page 45 of the writ petition), pending before the municipal authorities for more than a year. Leave was granted to add the Chief Medical Health Officer of the Kolkata Municipal Corporation (5, S. N. Banerjee Road, Kolkata-700013) as party respondent.
