1. A clerical error has occurred in the order dated
01.07.2026.
2. In the order dated 01.07.2026, paragraph 1 be deleted.
3. In paragraph 3 the word “accused no. 1” be replaced with the word “complainant”.
4. In paragraph 4 the word “defacto complainant” be replaced with the word “accused no. 1”.
5. Paragraph 5 & 6 be deleted and in its place the following two paragraph be incorporated.
“5. The petitioner herein submits that the prayer for transfer is being made, as they apprehend that the accused persons being residents of Howrah are influential in Howrah Court and as such the petitioner fears for his life and also his chances to get justice. It is further stated that as there are other proceedings pending before the CMM Court at Kolkata, the present case be also transferred to the Court of learned CMM, Kolkata.
6. The accused no. 1 and her husband, as her counsel, strongly object to the said prayer for transfer,

but admits that other proceedings are pending before
the CMM Court.”
6. In Paragraph 8 the word “de facto complainant” be replaced with the word “accused no. 1”.
7. The order dated 01.07.2026 is modified
accordingly.
8. Department to incorporate the said corrections in the order dated 01.07.2026 .
