Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is similarly placed as the other accused persons who have been granted bail.
State opposes the prayer for bail but is unable to refute the contention that the petitioner is not similarly situated as the other accused persons who have been granted bail in CRM (NDPS) 1706 of 2026.
Having considered the same, I am inclined to grant bail to the present petitioner on the same terms and conditions as was imposed upon Md. Imran in CRM (NDPS) 1706 of 2026.
