Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that there was alleged recovery of 286 grams of brown sugar/heroin from the present petitioner and petitioner is in custody for more than eight and half months. Charge-sheet has already been submitted before the jurisdictional Court.
Learned advocate appearing for the State has produced the Case Diary as well as rebutted the contention relating to the chemical examiner’s report as has been contended by the petitioner.
Having considered the materials appearing in the Case Diary, I am of the opinion that this is not a fit case for releasing the petitioner on bail at this stage.
