Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submit that petitioners are the parents-in-law of the deceased. The husband was arrested in the present case and subsequently he has been granted bail, charge-sheet has already been submitted before the jurisdictional Court.

Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer

for anticipatory bail.

On query from this Court, it has been specifically stated that there are no evidence of poison which was administered rather the materials show that the deceased consumed poison and succumbed.

Having considered that charge-sheet has already been submitted, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the present

petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is allowed.

As such, I direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners shall furnish bonds subject to the satisfaction of the investigating officer/arresting officer of the case and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. and/or under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.

As the charge-sheet has already been submitted, this order of anticipatory bail will remain valid for a period of six weeks from date.

Accordingly, CRM (A) 805 of 2026 is allowed.
