Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submit that petitioners have been falsely implicated in connection with the instant case. Similarly placed accused person has been granted anticipatory bail by the learned Sessions Court.
Learned advocate appearing for the State has drawn the attention of the Court to the fact that there are previous antecedents of both the petitioners. Memo of evidence submitted by the State reflects that the petitioners were earlier involved in similar type of offences since the year 2015 and 2018.
Having considered the antecedents of the petitioners, I am not inclined to extend the benefit of anticipatory bail.
