Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the present petitioner has been implicated in connection with the instant case on the basis of statement of co-accused and there has been no recovery from the present petitioner. Further two of the other accused persons viz. Goutam Karmakar and Aminur Hossain have been granted anticipatory bail.

Learned advocate appearing for the State, on the other hand, opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that W/P/A has already been issued by the learned Special Court. The case is of the year 2023 and the petitioner has been evading the process of law.

inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. As such, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is allowed .
