Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for 4 years 1 month and till date, trial has not been concluded.

Having considered the period of detention, learned Trial Court is directed to expedite the process so that evidence of the prosecution witnesses are closed within a period of sixty days.
