Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits petitioner is in custody for about a year. She is a lady and is innocent of the accusations made against her and in spite of the same she has been suffering.
Learned advocate appearing for the State has produced the case diary.
I have taken into account the materials appearing in the case diary which reflects that the present accused/lady was in relationship with two persons, namely, Pijush and Rahul. There is specific accusation against the lady by the wife of the deceased. The deceased, namely, Pijush Kanti Ghosh, sustained bullet injury. There are materials to suggest the

complicity of the petitioner along with issue relating to culpability.
Having considered that till date the case has not been committed to the Court of Sessions, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.
Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner in CRM (M) 1101 of 2026 is rejected .
Memo of Evidence submitted be kept with the record.
