1. The revisional application has been preferred by the wife/petitioner praying for transfer of Matrimonial Suit no. 589 of 2024 from the Court of learned Fast Track, 2^nd Court, Howrah to the Court of learned Additional District Judge, 10^th Court, Alipore, South 24 Parganas.

2. On hearing the learned counsels for both parties and on perusal of the materials on record, it appears that the Matrimonial Suit has been filed in the Howrah Court, by the wife/petitioner herein.

3. The petitioner/wife herein resides at Kasba, Kolkata along with her child, who studies in Class XI.

4. It is submitted that a suit for divorce being MAT 909 of 2024 filed by the husband/opposite party is pending before the said Court at Alipore and as such it is prayed that both the suits be heard together by the same Court.

5. Thus on consent of the parties, Matrimonial Suit No. 589 of 2024 be withdrawn from the Court of learned Fast Track, 2^nd Court, Howrah and be transferred to the Court of learned Additional District Judge, 10^th Court, Alipore, South 24 Parganas.
