This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the defendant praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1^st Court, Chinsurah, Hooghly to dispose of the interlocutory applications filed in Title Suit No. 107 of 2023, expeditiously.

The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that an application under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 and the application under Order 39 Rule 4 of the Code of Civil Procedure are pending. He further submits that the application under Order 39 Rule 7 of the Code of Civil Procedure is also pending. He submits that the hearing of such interlocutory applications has been fixed on 5^th March, 2027.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to serve notice upon the opposite party. However the learned Advocate-on-Record for the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with a server copy of this order to the opposite party forthwith.
