As the appeal for the assessment year 2022-23 was preferred on 15^th April, 2024 and one year has passed since then the respondent no. 3 being Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeal), National Faceless Appeal Centre, Delhi Through Principal Chief Commissioner of Income Tax (NFAC), Delhi Situated at North Block, New Delhi-110001 is requested to consider and dispose of the appeal of the petitioner within ten weeks from date.
