Transfer petition (CO 749 of 2024 with CAN 1 of 2024) by the wife-petitioner, Pinky Ray, seeking transfer of the husband-opposite party Snehashis Roy's Matrimonial Suit No.324 of 2022 from the Court of the learned Additional District Judge, FTC-II, Uttar Dinajpur at Raiganj to the Court of the learned District Judge at Barasat, District - 24 Parganas North, on the ground of the long journey she had to undertake to attend trial. Counsel for the opposite party consented to the transfer for expeditious disposal, requesting only a direction restraining unnecessary adjournments. Present petition has been filed for transfer of Matrimonial Suit No.324 of 2022 having been filed by the opposite party/husband.
