The petitioner complains that she
is the second wife of one late Palan Mondal and is deprived of her rightful dues.
According to her, the properties of
late Palan Mondal are being sold by the
sons of the first wife.
In view of the nature of the complaint, the petitioner would approach
the learned jurisdictional Civil Court. If the
learned jurisdictional Civil Court passes any order along with police assistance, the

concerned police authorities would respect and obey the order.
