By reason of a typographical error the dates to given in the last two lines of the paragraph eight of internal page six of the judgment dated 6th August, 2024 have been erroneously recorded as ‘ 16. 06.2012’ in place and stead of ‘ 28.10.2015’ and the date being ‘ 15.06.2012’ has been erroneously incorporated in place of ‘ 07.10.2015’.
Office is directed to effect necessary correction in the said judgment.
The other portions of the judgment dated 6th August, 2024 shall remain unaltered.
Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied as expeditiously as possible.
