Mr. Samanta, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the present writ petition, the petitioner has already been issued the letter of appointment.
As the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed, no further order is required to be passed in the present writ petition and the same is, accordingly, disposed of.
