Inadvertently typographical error crept in order dated 23.07.2024.
In the cause title portion of the order dated 23.07.2024 ‘SA 158 of 2014’ shall be read as ‘SAT 158 of 2014’.
Department is directed to make necessary correction to that effect in the order dated 23.07.2024.
Copy of the order be sent to the Department for compliance.
