Due to inadvertent and typographical mistake, the number of the appeal, being “S.A. 211 of 1998” appearing in the second line of paragraph 3 of the order dated 3rd April, 2024 has been wrongly typed instead of the “S.A. 221 of 1998” .
Let the corrections be incorporated and be made part of the order dated 3rd April, 2024 and other portion of the said order shall remain unaltered.
Certified copy of the order dated 3rd April, 2024, if already supplied, be corrected accordingly.
