Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after the order passed by this Court on 1st August, 2024 the complainant/private opposite party submitted before the learned trial Court that dispute in question was amicably settled between the parties. Learned counsel submits that no amicable settlement was arrived at between the parties with regard to the present matter.
However, upon submission made on behalf of the private opposite party, the proceeding being complaint case no. 50031 of 2024 has been disposed of by the learned trial Court.
In view of the above, the revisional application being CRR 3028 of 2024 has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed of.
Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
