The report filed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Contai, Purba Medinipur dated 15.04.2024 stated that the petitioner has been acquitted all the charges under Section 467/468/481/120B of the Indian Penal Code in connection with C.R. Case No. 41 of 1997 on 6th March, 2021. Let the said report be kept on record.
Under the above premises, the instant revisional application has become infructuous and accordingly disposed of.
