The learned advocate for the petitioner submits a written instruction that his client does not wish to proceed with the matter. A written instruction dated 09.02.2024 submitted before the court to that effect be kept on record.
Under the facts and circumstances, the instant criminal revesional application being CRR 1331 of 2012 is dismissed for non prosecution.
