Pursuant to the direction of this Court dated August 20, 2024, the respondent authority has prepared a cheque in the name of Smritikana Paul dated September 9, 2024 being No.99406 amounting to Rs.6,45,000/-. Let the photo copy of the said cheque be kept on record.
The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Union of India is directed to hand over the cheque to the advocate on record on behalf of the petitioner.
