The instant application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is arising out of Title Suit No. 347 of 2023 which is pending before the 2nd Court of learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) at Sealdah, District: 24 Parganas (South).
The pending applications have been disposed of in terms of the directions passed by this Court earlier.
In view of such development, no further order need be passed in the matter.
