Sperm Tracom Private Limited Vs Registrar of Companies West Bengal and Anr.

The Court: Upon hearing learned counsel for the parties, it transpires that the appropriate remedy of the petitioners lies before the National Company Law Tribunal. In view of availability of such equally efficacious alternative remedy, the writ petitions are disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach the appropriate forum with a properly constituted challenge.
