Upon hearing the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties and considering the materials on records, we are satisfied with the explanation towards the delay in preferring the condonation application and the absence of the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner before the Court on 10th October, 2023, when the writ petition was dismissed for default.
Accordingly, the delay in preferring the restoration application is condoned and the order dated 10th October, 2023 is recalled.
The applications being CAN 5 of 2023 and CAN 6 of 2024 are disposed of.
