Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Perused the petition. I am satisfied that sufficient averments have been made in the application for recalling the order dated 24th April, 2023.
The order dated 24th April, 2023 is recalled and the application for recalling being CAN No.1 of 2023 is allowed.
Let the writ petition being WPA No.7185 of 2022 be restored to the file. Let the matter appear in the list on 7th August, 2023.
The parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
