At the time of call Mr. Supratick Syamal, learned advocate has prayed for accommodation on behalf of the petitioner.
However, on perusal of the order dated 11th January, 2023 it appears that this Court directed one Mr. Srijit Halder who appeared for the petitioner to supply details of filing vokalatnama with “No Objection” of erstwhile advocate on record since there was change of advocate for the petitioner. It was also directed by this Court to serve notice upon the respondents or the learned advocates representing the respondents.
In terms of the said order dated 11th January, 2023 it appears no steps have been taken by the learned advocate who appeared for the petitioner. Details of filing of vokalatnama have not been supplied to this Court.
In view of aforesaid scenario this Court finds that petitioner has lost interest.
The writ petition stands dismissed.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
