Learned advocate on behalf of the National Highway Authority of India is present. It appears from the record that the petitioner lastly appeared in the instant writ petition on 5th May, 2014. Subsequently the petitioner did not take any step.
Considering such aspect of the matter, this Court is of the view that the petitioner does not want to proceed with the instant writ petition.
Accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed
for default.
