It appears that due to inadvertence, a typographical errors had crept in the Judgment dated 30.08.2023 passed by this Court. In the cause title, the name of the respondent instead of “ Mahendra Kumar ”, it should actually be
“ Manendra Kumar ”.
The above inadvertent typographical error is hereby corrected and the Judgment dated 30.08.2023 shall always be read conjointly with this order.
