The present revision has been preferred against an order dated 04.01.2018 wherein the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kandi, Murshidabad, in G.R. Case No. 227 of 2011 had issued a warrant of arrest against the petitioner.
As none appears for the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.
