The present revision is of the year 2020 praying for expeditious
disposal of C. Case no.400 of 214 under Section 426 of the IPC.
As none appears for the the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.
Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
