It appears from the order sheet dated 30th March, 2023 this revisional application has been depicted as CRR 4049 of 2009 instead of CRR 4049 of 2011. This error crept in due to the error appeared in the list. The cause title in respect of the number of the revisional application be rectified.
The inadvertent typographical error is hereby corrected of the order dated 30th March, 2023 shall always be read conjointly with this order.
