The present criminal revision of the year 2020 is filed challenging the order dated 7.12.2019 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track, Court no.-IV in criminal revision No.270 of 2018 arising out of M. Case No.463 of 2012.
As none appears for the the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.
