Heard learned senior counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
Learned counsel for the State has submitted a report in respect of the present status of the case against the petitioners wherein it is seen that on completion of investigation, report in final form as FRT has been submitted in the said case, before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Alipore, in respect of the accused persons. The said report be made part of the record.
In view of the said report and the fact that the investigation has ended in FRT, the present revisional application has now become infructuous.
Accordingly, the present revisional application is disposed of being infructuous.
