This revisional application is filed being aggrieved and dissatisfied with the judgment and order dated 13.02.2015, whereby learned appellate court affirmed the order of acquittal passed the judgment and order dated 24.04.2013 by the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, 1st Court, Contai.
Mr. Amal Kumar Samanta, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is not willing to proceed with this revisional application further and in support of his submission one written instruction of petitioner has been filed which is kept on record.
In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the revisional application stands dismissed being withdrawn.
