Sri Malay Pramanik Vs. Sri Shibu Mondal
The present revision is of the year 2019 for setting aside order dated 16.02.2019 passed by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Paschim Bardhaman in Criminal Misc. Case No.360 of 2018 under Section 408 of Cr.P.C arising out of C.R Case No.383 of 2013 under Section 138 of the NI Act.
As none appears for the the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.
Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial in accordance with law.
