The present revision of the year 2019 had been preferred praying for quashing of the proceeding of G.R. Case No. 96 of 2019 arising out of Amherst Street Women Police Station Case No. 02 of 2019 dated 02.02.2019 under Sections 120B/420/417/376/406 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, pending before the Court of the Learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate-II, Calcutta.
The Learned counsel for the petitioners has filed a written instruction from the petitioners stating that they do not wish to proceed with the present revision and have prayed for withdrawal of the same. Let the written instruction be made part of the record.
Accordingly, the criminal revision being CRR 1128 of 2019 is dismissed as withdrawn.
