Conditions of bail were imposed in November 2022. Under such circumstances, we do not consider it prudent to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner “not to leave Andal Police Station until further orders” . Condition of bail to “report to the Officer-in-charge, Andal Police Station once in a week” is modified to “meet the Officer-in-charge, Andal Police Station once in a month” until further orders. Other conditions shall continue.
CRAN 1 of 2023 is accordingly disposed of.
