Inadvertent typographical error had crept into the order dated 05.07.2023.
In the fourth line of the fifth paragraph of the said order ‘learned Judge, Special Court under NDPS Act, Murshidabad’ shall be read as ‘learned Additional Sessions Judge, 3rd Fast Track Court, Berhampore, Murshidabad’.
Department is directed to incorporate the necessary correction in the said order.
Other portions of the order shall remain the same.
Corrected certified copy of the order be handed over to the parties upon submission of the certified copy, if any, already issued to them.
