The counsel for the alleged contemnors has handed over a communication dated December 26, 2022 wherein it is mentioned that in compliance with the order of the Hon’ble Division Bench of the High Court, the amount has been settled to Mr. Binayak Mondal in respect of the issuing of payment on interest.
