The contempt proceeding has been initiated for alleged violation of the order dated 12^th April, 2022 passed by this Court on the connected writ petition. Today matter is taken up for consideration pursuant to the previous order dated 6^th January, 2023.

At the time of hearing Mr. Pahari, learned advocate representing the applicant submits that the order passed by this Court on 12^th April, 2022 has been complied with. The decision taken by the OSD & Ex.Officio Director of Madrasah Education, West Bengal, dated 10^th January, 2023 has been communicated to the petitioner in terms of the order dated 12^th April, 2022.

Accordingly, the contempt application stands disposed of and the contempt proceeding stands discharged.

Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the applicant is taken on record.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
